To all those who provided feedback, thank you! I've looked at several on line sites provided and will be using two of them. As far as the Manual is concerned, this is a327 page document that is informative for telling you what the buttons, dials, et al are used for but little on the why. There is much to read and i'll do so over time but not initially. I won't to use this camera asap. As i've already said thanks for all the feedback.

To understand the book you need to understand two other things first. 1. The photography language – this comes with time. 2. Exposure – this is the most important thing. I would suggest Bryan Peterson's "Understand Exposure, 3rd. or 4th. Edition".
