Trump’s New Defense Strategy On ‘Access Hollywood’ Tape: Blame The Microphone

Just saw an early morning newscast where trump says that he WILL sue NBC & Access Hollywood for illegally obtaining and then releasing the recording!
So, in addition to all of his ongoing legal issues, he's going to add at least12 more for the women who have already come forward accusing him of sexually assaulting them, and these 2 for the Access Hollywood tape release. And that just covers the last two weeks worth of activities in trump's life!
Remember, he'll be in court in December facing a victim who was 13 years old when trump sexually assaulted that victim!
If found guilty, he will have to register as a sex offender, and he'll be listed in the national database!
Were that to happen, it would severely limit his activities as POTUS, because he wouldn't be allowed to have contact with ANY person under the age of consent! No Easter Egg Roll, no public Thanksgiving Turkey Pardoning ceremonies, no young entrepreneurs clubs, and he wouldn't be able to support any FLOTUS activities in person, etc. Milania is pushing an agenda to assist or help children! Don't forget that she's not really comfortable speaking in public, and she was rather surprised that her husband boasted that she will be speaking at least 2 or 3 times on his behalf before the polls close on the 8th!

Actually, the case involving the rape of the 13 year old is a civil case because the criminal statutes of limitations ran out. So, even if he loses this civil case, he won't have to register as a sex offender. But...I have to wonder if there is at least one sexual assault victim of his that has yet to come forward who was assaulted within the time frame that can still result in criminal charges. I think it is highly likely. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Now, as far as his threat to sue all of his accusers, there is no way in hell he would be willing to subject himself to discovery and testifying in any of those cases, which would be required. This is all a bunch of bluster. After the e******n, he will "forget" to sue them, you can bank on that!
