Bizzy Loc: North Carolina

This is my first time ever to try a shot like this. I wasn't sure my gear was up to the challenge. Did some research on utube to get an idea of where to start for settings and then did some adjusting. Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be good nights for getting shot of the Harvest Moon. This shot was made using a Canon 60D using a canon 70-300 (the older version) , using a tripod. The settings were 1/100 second at f11 using ISO 200.Taken at 11:24 pm Oct.18th. I did crop and convert to black and white and added a high contrast red filter in Lightroom.
