Well *Somebody* Was In A Lousy Mood This Morning

This great blue heron actually was in just an awful mood this morning.
First he was not having any luck fishing. He must have struck at the water 15-20 times and only came up with one fish and there were fish all over which he could see as well.
Then there was this great egret that kept coming over into his fishing spot. He would chase the egret away, and the egret would come right back. Very frustrating.
And to top it all off, three cormorants decided to fish right where he was fishing. They kept diving under the water and sufacing right next to him. They drove him crazy, like three little kids on a sugar high.
So this whole all puffed up look I think was his way of trying to blow off a little steam beacuse he was seriously ticked off.

He's in breeding plumage so I probably got kicked out by the woman as well. Life is just unfair!!
