Your ad said that the D 3300 included a battery and charger, neither of which was in the package that Alice received today. I am disappointed because now we can't use it on this upcoming shoot unless I go buy a battery and charger. I assumed that these would come in the package, and that's why I paid for expedited shipping.
Please forward the battery and charger as soon as you can – I'll lend her my back up camera for this workshop.

The battery and charger were in a baggie and with a another baggie containing a new strap and a connector cable--both in the outer box among the newspaper and bubble wrap. I hope Alice's trash hasn't been picked up. Did she find the strap and connector? If they didn't get shipped, Fedex must have repacked my outer box (Adorama) and we have an issue. If Alice can't find them please replace them and tell me what I owe you. bob

Alice called while ago to say that the package got there just fine. There was some confusion about whether or not the battery and charger were there, and I messaged you, but she then called back to say that she had found the little package in the packing material and it had everything it should have.
Thanks for understanding, Bob, it's hard dealing with her long distance and it is nearly midnight here, so we are both tired. I should have made her double check the packaging when she first called.
