Sheltered Harbor - Norway

Norway is blessed with many huge fjords, but in stormy weather small boats and ships seek shelter where they can. That's why sheltering coves often possess a small number of homes for fishermen and sailors. I guess they are picturesque but lonely places in winter. The hotel at bottom center is popular with visiting yachtsmen in summer.

Thank you, Andrea. That's how I felt standing on the promontory that provides shelter from storms. After trying to figure what to shoot I gave up and shot it all as one image. LOL!
