Good one, Graham (from a train lover).
As usual, very good work, Graham.

I'm not usually big on b&w but you nailed it with the train shots. The top photo just cries out for b&w. Its so very dramatic. I think some of that would be lost in color. The other one, the one with a splash of color, has just enough. Great job, terrific photos

The details in #1 are spectacular!
#2 - Wonder about lowering the saturation slightly on the bright green behind the engineer's head + the bright green along lower left edge. Otherwise, the silhouette of his head, the pop of red, the steam/smoke, the overall composition...all combine to be another visual feast. Inspiring work, Graham!

That is the best U.K. preservation line I've been on. You've captured a lot of atmosphere with those.

A hard working machine they are !!! I can't get away from the powerful image of #1. Seems I have seen that one previously.

You probably have Dave, I'm stuck at home for a while and I've been amusing myself reprocessing some of my old favourites.

Excellent! All the smoke and steam plus the figures give so much life to these scenes, I love them both, but the first is especially dynamic.

Both photos are very good. I especially like the impact of the first photo. Beautifully done in black and white.

#1 in B&W gives it a timeless feeling, even with the men along side. Their attire could be current or 100 years ago. Powerful image, the billowing steam adds to the impact.
