Picasa still works just fine as an editor. Are you asking about an organizer? http://photos.google.com

Fastone sounds like a good editor/organizer replacement for picasa, but where have you-all found a website for posting small images to show the family, or general public, and one that the photographer can decide who is allowed to view the images? Are you using google plus, or a different free website? I hope it is ok with you, donrent that I inquire in this thread.

Actually Picassa still works fine - just no future support. If you want to try a new one, you might experiment with "Photoscape". Depending on your demands, it's a very good free program.

May be it's a dumb question but I tried Picasa over 10 years ago and didn't like it. However, if one like it can he/she continue to use it? Does it stop working after Google stopped support it?

I use Shutterfly. I have 5 sites for a variety of audiences. It's easy, friendly, zero cost an easy way to share images with others. I've used it for years. Good tech support too.

How would Shutterfly help the OP with his editing needs?
