The bridge with reflection is a very lovely composition. I enjoyed your autumn color and character-filled buildings also.

These are very nice, but in my opinion, the B&W kills everything about the scene. It probably does the opposite for which it was intended. It takes away from any impact if there are the fall colours in it.

Wow, nice shots and colors! You must have had some colder days & nights than we have on the Eastern Shore; I don't think I've seen a dozen leaves that have turned yet.

I disagree. In my opinion the black and white photo is not about color. It is about evoking memories of a time gone by, an emotion, or in this case just the simplicity and the raw beauty of the landscape.

Of course it would look fantastic in vivid color but it also looks fantastic in black and white for different artistic reasons.
