Hi everyone, I have Canon EOS 5D Mark2. Having a great time with macro 100mm lens and looking for a macro flash for it but not sure which one to get. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thnx

Probably would depend on what you like to shoot.
If you already have a shoe-mount flash there are accessories that will redirect the light.
Nikonian72 seems to have a 6th sense when it people post the word "macro" He has a pretty intersting set-up that works well. I think he uses an "O Flash".

go to the macro part of this site and you will see the setup for several that do macro. I use the O flash set up and works well for me and they don't cost a bundle. It just fits on a speed lite and redirects the light where it is needed. James

The June 2012 issue of Outdoor Photographer magazine has a cover article entitled "Macro Flash Gear, Make Close-Ups Pop!"

It shows some images and some remarkable looking camera set ups both Canon and Nikon.
