A fellow member recommended this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/SPIDER-PRO-SINGLE-CAMERA-SYSTEM/dp/B004SIMNF0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1455709945&sr=1-1&keywords=spiderpro+single+camera+system. As I suffer from neck problems I liked the sound of it but was put off by the price (= $145). I then did some research and found this clone which I've bought in Febrary 2016: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00M0E6API?ref_=pe_572741_40935641 .I like it and, as far as I can see, it is very well made & identical to the SpiderPro.
However, on holiday I lost the 'pin' which slides into the holder on the belt. I emailed Amazon to ask whether they could sell me a replacement. They replied that they stock only the complete item so couldn't help with a part. However, they said that they would give me a full refund (even though it was me that lost the part & the item is in no way faulty). Amazing service! Fortunately the item is still in stock (albeit at a slightly higher price) so I'll order anther one.

Yes, buying from Amazon is safe. I'm glad you found a solution to your camera-carrying problem.
