Preferring for what? You don't say. To hang on a wall, I like to have a natural rendition of a photograph. I really do not like #1 because the sky looks very rough to me. I like #2 for something like note cards. This is just my opinion.

I like the foreground in #1, the sky in #2 and #3 is the best combination of sky and foreground.
