I bought a PN-11 to test with my AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED an Nikon PN-11)) Does anyone know an experience like this?

I use this extension tube once in a while to get closer focusing distances and of course to provide a larger image on the film format, though it will do the same in digital. I'm sure you are aware that by placing this devise on your AF-S VR Micro Nikkor you will lose all your lense automation. From the position of your image, it would appear that this PN-11 does have the AI-S tab for autoindexing on your Nikon. Your Nikon camera will still give you the proper exposure albeit in manual. Great to see some people are still using these old film camera accessories.
