At the end of Kilimanjaro Safaris is a walking tour where you can see other animals. These guys are completely comfortable with having their pictures taken.
I should call for a manicure. Shot through dirty and scratched plastic.

Wishful thinking perhaps?

Thank you very much, I really liked the wistful look in the second shot.

Very nice images Mike
Thank you Sir. I was looking at the first one and thinking that it could benefit from some touching up but the more that I looked, the more problems I noticed so I decided to leave it alone. 😏

Nice, Mike; #2 is National Geographic.

That was, I believe, the best one from the bunch Sylvia. It just sort of happened. 😏

Thank you Rob, that has to be the nicest thing thing anyone has ever said about my "work". If you can call it that, this one was just fun with a side of right time, right place.
Great captures !!! I love to see your Kilimanjaro pics too. Thank you for sharing. Shang

I like both pictures even though they may not be perfect in some ways, they do tell a story. The 2nd one has a great lopsided grin. thanks for posting these.
Thank you for taking the time to look Gene. I rather like the second one myself. There is a great deal of expression in that face.
Thank you very much Larry. This is a compliment indeed. I thought about trying to do something with the first one but the more I looked, the uglier things because so it was posted sooc.
The second one was a complete fluke, but a pleasant one. It was captured in one of those rare moments when my wife wasn't in a big hurry to leave the area which I will attribute to some friend who had driven up from Miama to visit us and they had (gasp) never been to Walt Disney World before. In my humble opinion, Animal Kingdom was the best billion dollars that Disney ever spent.
