ebrunner Loc: New Jersey Shore

I took this photo at a lobster place in Maine. The restaurant is right on the docks, and while I was waiting for our order to come up, I took some shots of boats tied to the dock. This fellow turned and looked right at my camera as I was taking the photo. I converted to black and white because the colors did not really grab me. Is this street photography or is it too close of a shot to qualify? I was interested in getting this fellow in his wheelhouse; but did not see the need to include the rest of the boat.
