Nice one, Voss. There's a lot of clutter around your man here, but the bright lighting on him subdues that clutter and makes it insignificant.

I really like the reflection in the window of the worker. I also think that the bright sun on his face is very nice. It creates a natural highlight without anything being blown out. Again, I applaud your use of Black and White.
