John,
This was the first time working with her at a group shoot my friend set up. It was hard getting her to smile.

This is a nice shot. I like the low angle and POV of this shot. It's a real break from your normal studio shots. I think the B&W adds an element of simplicity, making the otherwise fairly busy Hotel room seem have a lot less distraction.
One thing I dislike about hotel rooms is I almost always have to use a zoom and I don't like the distortions they creat from the close quarters. Most of the prime work has to be really tight!
Group shoot? Must have ben a spacious hotel suite! How many photographers can you crowd into a hotel room with a naked girl on the bed?!?! LoL

SS,
It was done at the San Jose Fairmont on Market Street. There were 6 photographers in the room. The room was a pretty good size. My buddie who hosted the shoot told me about the model. I figure I go and meet her.

Rick,
Here's a few more images of Zi. Not sure how I feel about working with her again. I'm not use to shooting in an hotel environment.

A smile would have been nicer.

I'd pass. She projects a "cold-as-ice" aura; just going through the motions...

I agree, she needs to smile, I checked the other pix, no smiles there either. To me she looked bored and when will this be over so I can get out of here.
I also dont like her left hand position, makes her hand/fingers look big. Other than that I like her body position and the lighting and Bokeh
