Good luck on your search. I have this lens on my D3s and it is, in a word, a remarkable piece of glass. I guess that's 5 words but you get my drift.

Just bought this from Amazon and it is an awesome lens. Sharp as a tack. The 135mm DC is also supposed to be in the same category for sharpness. These are older lenses ('90s) but are some of Nikon's best! Better grab one before Nikon chooses to discontinue them.

I would look on eBay every day until found. Make sure you buy on from a seller with 100% feedback, based in the US and is selling a US serial #. Pay with PayPal and don't worry. If the lens is describe as mint it must be mint or PayPal gets your money back including shipping. If the description is not complete contact the seller and ask.
