A Shadow Falls.
A snap that I made at the Picuras Pueblo in New Mexico. (Portra 400 film. Tamron SP 24-135 glass).
Nicely done. And that beautiful look of film. The simplicity of this is really marvelous.
I like it !!! Thank you for sharing. Shang
Love the subject, the composition, the exposure, and the colors! Of course I'm a big SW fan anyway.
Interesting comment from AzPicLady about the "look of film." I've been shooting for about 50 years, b&w, slides, and now digital. Perhaps I'm ignorant, insensitive, or half blind, but I'm not sure I would have known otherwise. Given that this is now a scanned/digital image, with reduced resolution (and may or may not have had some PP before posting), what is it that gives it away? Don't want to hijack the thread and take away from the beauty here, but would love for someone to post side-by-side comparisons of the same subject done both ways.
