Quite an abandoned week wasn't it? Hope things are looking up E Mang.
So today on FS is sort of a free day and I am sure you still have some fine photos from this past week but if not, no prob...post what you like..
Right now it is that time of the year when the geese fly, the leaves fall and our stovewood gets put in. for you southerners, see what you are missing? I'll send some snowbirds down to explain it

Damper down on that oak, or watch that pot belly glow red hot‼️🙄
pg1 Lovely set of fuel for the wood burner!
Have just enjoyed a week looking for dolphins in Scotland. Not a lot of success but what a lovely area..... need to go back in July/August when there is apparently a lot more activity. Zephyr (Locals told us that was her name) and her baby were still patrolling the waters but there were few others that we saw. Managed on the last day to get a shot of baby's face - phew!

Great catch, especially the last one. Up here it is whales.
Today I'll be doing ''stuff around here''. We went from a 2400 pop. to a 26K pop. but there are still nice places around.
Folks, summer is over in northern areas but this ''overness'' will be sneaking down south pretty soon and the reality of dark months arrive and also a nice time to promote UHH whose primary goal is showing and Learning. So supposing that you have a favourite way of shooting such as for instance low exposition as there was once a person here who really enjoyed shooting as such and they produced some lovely photos. As for hosting, no big thing...you set up and choose a subject, post a few and your job is done and if you care to reply fine, if not no big deal.. Got any ideas?

Yesterday was the second annual Poseidon Parade in Rockaway. This is our answer to Coney Island's Mermaid Parade.
