I have finally come to the realization that I will never produce a great work of art with a human female. BUT, I will have fun experimenting and making images that are fun and make life enjoyable.
This is Silver, again, but a composite. The stream photo I already had and couldn't figure out what to do with it; Silver, in a rather non-descript pose, and some shots of water I stole from the web. I don't know if I will continue working with this image, or go play with something else.
Anyway, it's fun, I'm not getting into trouble, and I turned 70 yesterday.

Hmmm, this is interesting. It's an interesting use integration and pretty good use of the 3 images. Now, if you had just put the raccoon on one of those rocks over there, it would REALLY interesting!!! LoL
Not much better way to stay out of trouble.

I have reasonably well mastered Landscape to Macro... but the female form is the last challenge pose, lighting, and finding a willing model.. 70? but a kid... I hit 80.... OUCH

I come here to see and to post photos that are out of bounds for the other sections. The concepts and images I post can't be posted along side hummingbirds. Since I have admitted I'm no great artist, I will continue to post photos which may be humorous, experimental or just plain photos of beautiful women dressed as God clothed them.
I hope Billy was not correct when he castigated us all as dirty old men only looking for tits and ass!

I am not looking for "tits & ass" in the photo. The girl is to small to see, and the bigger picture is busy with blue and orange. I don't care for that color pallette.

Sorry if I misunderstood. It is interesting that the background photo was not corrected for color balance, that's just northern Arizona in the springtime!

Looked back at your post, enjoyed your composite and saw that you just became 70. Getting older is too easy for all of us. Living for the best today, tomorrow and the next is more difficult. But please do it. And keep developing your "eye" to explore your style.

Thank you, Paul. This post almost qualifies to be a Zombie post, but your brought it back to life. For some reason I've been "focusing" more on my woodworking than photography lately. But I do have several ideas for when spring comes. All I need is a good model (who works for free)!

I think you hit it on the head - definitely no great work of art but experimenting can make images that are fun and makes life enjoyable. At our ages (I'm 73) that should be all that counts, past trying to please others.

I have always said life is four 20's... First 20 years is mainly pleasing parents. Second & third 20 yrs is pleasing employer and own family. Now in last 20, just pleasing myself. Anything over 80 will be a bonus.
