SBrodsky Loc: Northern Colorado

Legacy HS (Broomfield, CO) P Izzy Kelly unloads during a Sept 15 game at rival Mountain Range HS in Westminster, CO. Legacy made headlines on Sept 11, when a bus carrying it's football team and coaches crashed at Denver International Airport, killing the bus driver, and seriously injuring several coaches. Nikon 7200/Tamron 70-200, F2.8, M 1/1250 Auto ISO (125) @ 180mm. Had been shooting at 1/1250 as the sun was out, but here it dipped behind the clouds, creating a slightly darker coloration. Other than a slight crop, I left this one alone. Was one of those, duh, perhaps I needed to have dropped back to 1/1000, but forgot. Even at these shutter speeds, one gets an idea how fast these girls can bring it.
