This 19th Century farm house is neither occupied nor used for storage or activities, but a photographer's delight.! The grounds, however, are meticulously maintained by a nearby resort at the Okemo Mountain area in Ludlow, VT. The possibilities for this are endless; it has an excellent hillside location, surrounded by breathtaking views, and close to many year round activities.

The is owned by the nearby resort which maintains the grounds and uses the backyard for outdoor weddings.
The inside could be renovated for use as a B&B, reception place, etc.

I asked the resort management who owns it and there are no current plans except to maintain the grounds.
