I tried regular bleach last time - it really did not work very well (did not replace the power-washer!). I have used swimming pool chlorine (I think twice the strength of household bleach) in the past with good results.

Hello Sarge, Spray it with a diluted mix of liquid Chlorine (the same you use in your pool) 50/50 if it is really bad. I use this all the time for cleaning decks & driveways. Don't get on you cloths or fabric though.

Looks like you still need some bleach. I have the same problem here in Sarasota.
