We just arrived back from a trip to California and as we drove again through the middle of the State we saw many a sign that we had seen years ago on a previous trip. Even though our last trip was years ago the politicians have done little, in fact nothing to make it better for the farmers in that area. This valley, the San Joaquin was as dry as it was years ago and we saw many signs indicative of that fact. Signs like the ones in the attachment and others that said Congress created dust bowl, using water to water plants to grow food is wrong, another farmers voting from Trump. There has been nothing done to help these farmers out but they want us to import all of our foods from Mexico and China.

we had six years of that in a row. .. this been a fairly wet year. lots of grass, meat should start coming down.

I was commenting on your post. You seem to think you are the only person who knows the dust bowl was the result of years of drought and greedy farmers.

From the OP. My post was that the government in all of these years has done nothing made no attempt to do anything for the plight of the farmers in spite of the media attention. They just press on with the degradation of the country.
