OK, it may not be glamorous, but it sure was tasty. Throw in some beer and corn and no one went home hungry. Before you ask, there were no left overs and if the photo is not level, then blame it on the beer

Sorry guys, but this batch is done for now. However Costco is close to where I live and I normallly get 2 x 10lbs where I get the urge to make more. Think next time I'll post it online before I fire up the smokers (yes I am that fanatic that I have 2 smokers) so you can plan ahead.

Ah so close! You can almost smell the ribs and chicken ( I also made about 10 lbs of drumsticks in a North African marinade with cumin and other spices). Also forgot to mention the appetizers but thought that would just be really overdoing it.
