And that is all you needed.
These are not action files, these are photoshop PSD files which are probably "templates" for overlays. There is nothing to install; you simply open them.
I believe actions will have an "atn" extension on the end of the file. All you have to do is just double click on the file and it will be placed in Photoshop. Or once inside Photoshop you can go to Load Actions and then locate the folder where your Actions are stored, then choose which one you want. Again as someone else has already stated, the files you listed in your image are PSD files not ATN files. Here's a short video on how to do this.

You need to import the PSD files when you want to use them. Make sure that float all in windows is selected
Photoshack is correct - A .psd extension is an image saved in PS format and NOT a template.
You can verify this by starting PS, click on File Open and then select any one of the files you have shown in your previous post here.
I would send another email to click with love and explain that you see .psd files - not .atn files. Hopefully, they will explain further. It could be that they provided you with the .psd files so that you could modify them and save as actions but that's not how it is usually done.
yes you are correct and my next question is do you install them in photo shop or just put them in a folder? I wasn't aware they were a psd file ( just learning of this ) thank you for your help :)
