A few years later, my son ended up dating her. It didn't last long as he was not "focused" enough.

I love clean back grounds.... this one is very cluttered.... BUT it is a fantastic color and tone integrated part of this photo, the background is an extension of her being.... A wow photo!!!, so very well done Buckwheat. Thank you for sharing.
One trivial suggestion ... the light area bottom left IMO should be cloned to darkness since it has nothing to do with the photo.... if it does not add it detracts.

Friend of your daughter; university student; undressing in front of you; sultry look... hmmm... sure gets my imagination going.
But clearing my mind, I like the photo. I agree with DP about the small bright bottom-left corner. Overall the image also a bit soft, but perhaps that is due to scanning a print and all that might go along with that process.
And now back to my seedier self -- this could be a fun photo for a caption contest:
"What? You expect me to cook?"
"Wanna see more?"
"Now it's your turn."
"That's all you have to offer?"
