Might like this shot better without the appearance of a beard. Very positive model and composition by the photographer.

Great symmetry and would love this shot even more if her hair was pulled back (preferably by someone).

I really like this image. The almost perfect symmetry of the pose, right down to intersection of the ball with her heels, calves, arms and breasts contrasts so well with the asymmetry of the hair and the face. Now to be picky -- if her hand/finger positions had been better matched and possibly her hair pulled off the left shoulder I would give this a score of 110 out of 100. Great work!

I'm trying to figure out the expression on her face -- did you forget to warm the ball before the shoot? ;-)

What I think,
Photo technically good.
Pose is a different that is for sure, as a gymnastic or yoga movement.

Fascinating pose...and it shows no more than you'd see on a beach these days.

D, this is the kind of pose that we just say, "do this", and after you see it on the computer you see how it could have been perfected if you had worked at it a bit. Next time! Thanks!!!

I think its kind of cool pose. I dont like the dark on her face, It can be lightened in PS im sure, kind of looks like she didnt shave this morning. Other than that
great work.

Fat, thanks!
Sometimes no matter how much you harp on them, they shave their legs but are just plain in denial that they have a beard.
Like they say in motor sports, you just run what ya brung!!! LoL
Thanks for the interest and thanks for taking the time to comment.
Maybe I'll take a look at it in post! Something I'm not very good at!

Lukan, hey, long time no hear! Are you still raising H*LL in the Windy City?
Hey saw somewhere you got rid of your 1Dx and went ML?!

I actually had her shake her head till she had hair covering one eye, it was the look I was after. In the future maybe perfect symmetry could be the goal.

I could have held her hair back and used a selfie stick!!! LoL

Thanks for looking and appreciating.

For me, how you posed the arms and legs is genius; love the symmetry.

SS,

I like the idea of the pose and what looks like a lighting gradient from bottom to top brightening as you go upward, which I assume was natural and not made in Post, since you said you are not very good in Post? That gradient immediately caught my eye and I think it adds a lot to the image. I think it would have been great if you had taken one with her hair pulled back camera left to expose her camera left eye and put the two up side by side someplace for comparison, if for no other reason to appease my curiosity! Thanks SS - nice concept, well done image, and the model isn't bad either!

Best Regards,
Tom

Still here in the Windy City, my main man! Sold the 1DX (best camera/ lens system I ever had) due to major wrist-fusion surgery on my right wrist. Sports got the better of me. Tolerating a good ML system (GX8 and lenses, but it's no 1DX). Yeah, I was thinking maybe you should've pulled back her hair and selfie-sticked this shot while you photo-bombed it!

Great shot, love her sultry look. Keep them coming, Sharpie.
