indeed, could be a good poster for wireless. Doesn't look like an accident waiting to happen perhaps, but sure seems like someone will be snared in their net. All my gnarled wiring is behind my computer desk. Intent yet oblivious, a brave new world ready for pokemon go and such, but perhaps not so ready for cliffs, busy streets, and thugs.

But I also I jest, our new technology allows much, like an internet research perhaps on the very thing they might be looking at.

No, GOD FORBID you should look up at the scenery vs down at your screen.

This resonates with me, Graham. In July I took a group of students from Prague to London. We would be walking past some of Europe's great architectural masterpieces and they would be staring into their cell phones as they walked past. You captured this aspect of modern youth perfectly.

Great catch. What makes this for me is the pained look on the nearest of these ladies, and her bent down position, as if she's responsible for tugging the distracted other along.

I had to smile, thanks, I needed that.

On looking more closely at another exposure of this pair I see that the cable is plugged into on of those power bank devices held by the foreground girl. It's a bit like air to air refueling

Even though I'm "only" in my '60's, I am sooo unable to understand this.

Super catch, Graham!

The cord to me is fairly irrelevant to what's going on here. It is not a strong enough element to become the focus
where we have a strong human element in two individuals. I'm left wondering what in the world the person on
the left is looking at ! We will never know! She is facing out of the frame as well. If she had been your intended
subject, you might have eliminated the person on the right and shown us what so engaged the person on the left.
The otherwise technical aspects of the picture don't need comment as we expect you to come through as always
with the usual list... focus, exposure etc... that would be expected of someone with your experience.
