Rivington Village

I collected my car from the repair garage today after a diesel supply problem was sorted.
It was a lovely day so I lowered the sunroof of my convertabe a drove to the nearby beauty spot of Rivington.
When I got there it was packed with visitors from Bolton a large industrial town North of Manchester, UK.
I did manage to take some photographs with my LG3 camera phone which I hope you find interesting.
There is a couple of shots of a very old VW Karmann Ghia which was being restored, the owner is selling the car so he was taking some photos for the advert.
Apparently it has lived in Calfornia for most of its life and was owned by a college student, so it was in good condition.

Nice shots, John! My hubby had a Karmann Ghia many years before we were married, so I never got to see it.
