I have been trying out HDR to see how it works and figured this would be a good time to try it. FDRTools Basic with 4 original files was used to get the full moon rising past Mount Hood along with foreground of part of Larch Mountain. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

Great shot. Your HDR treatment is subtle and definitely enhances the scene.
I love it - HDR was the way to go. You got the moon and the foreground. I grew up looking at the mountain and this is quite nostalgic for me. Excellent work.
Nice composition, but the HDR has induced some type of fringing on the edges of the mountain and the moon.

Yes, I saw that too, especially around the trees on the right. Not sure what I could do to make that better. Some of it might be the result of my post processing.

I love it. Beautifully done. Makes me mad that when I was out that way that I didnt spend more time there.
