Beautiful shots. I've probably shot the Lone Cypress 2 dozen times and each time it comes out a little different. Lived there for 12 years and would love to be back there permanently.

I lived in San Jose, CA for 24 years and would get down to Monterey and Carmel a few times each year since it was only and hour and one half from where I lived. Also, used to frequent Moss Landing for photography and surf fishing.

All wonderful shots. Beautiful drive. If this is the "Lone Cypress", it is very famous and also the only living plant that is copyrighted. If this is so, you can take as many pictures as you like, but you can not sell them.

Excellent set of images Steve. I am especially fond of the second one. A great composition as well as lots of pleasing textures and color.
