help!

This is a saved photo from facebook. I think it is a smart phone photo. I have tried (with my limited knowledge) to adjust the colors to make it better with very little success. I am hoping someone will help me out. I am sure many of you have spent the time and effort to learn post processing. I am at that stage of my interest in photography that I should start the process...but, until then...help? Thanking you in advance!A

Here's another attempt, Kibbles. Thanks for the image to work on. That's a fine looking young man; the much loved one in the middle spreads that love around; the cheeky gal is clearly having fun. A great family photo worthy of a place in your album.

Using Camera raw filter changed white balance with white balance tool and sliders, increased contrast using Curves, increased sharpness with Unshurp Mask.

Just to note that a little more post processing could make this a much nicer image. Your helpers did an excellent job fixing the lighting. A crop to landscape format and some cloning to eliminate the clutter (everything in front and the blown TV) would yield a much more pleasing image.

In Photoshop, made a selection of the people then removed the colour cast.

kibbles,

Here is another one, which I did really quickly. Now, you have many choices from everyone. Good Luck.

Best Regards,
Tom
