You're right Bob, I use it a lot as a starting point. It usually ends up combined with other textures. It is fromTopaz Texture Effects - called scratched bronze. I like as a base for other effects.

The rim lighting, colors and textures are very appealing! I pm'd you a cropped, straightened version with slightly more contrast - just curious
