CamtechARC repair facility

I sent a repair request to Nikon USA and they referred me to this repair center in Plainfield, NY. Has anyone had experience with this repair facility, and if so, was it positive?

They are in authorized Nikon Repair Facility. If Nikon says they are authorized, can't see why not utilize them. But I am surprised they didn't ask you to send it to the facility on Long Island, NY.

Plainfield may have a quicker turn-around time than Long Island. You should experience the same high-quality, guaranteed repair from either facility.

Yes, I have heard other people mention this facility, which is obviously approved by Nikon. They probably balance "busyness" between the two shops. That would be a two-hour drive for me vs three hours to Melville, so I'll keep that in mind.
