Was supposed to do Big Sur and Carmel but the Sobranese wild fire altered my plans.
I spent most of my time around San Simeon and Moonstone beach.
Never have done a lot of "sunset" photos but this area had some amazing ones so I figured
I'd give it a shot. (no pun intended).

The fire did your sunset sky some good. Fortunately, the Marine Layer abated enough that day to give you a horizon. We haven't seen a lot lately. I am the cambriaman.
