It was winter when I visited with the temperature around a chilly 76-80°F (24-26°C), That's chilly for the Indians but it's a very warm summers day for folks from the UK.
In the summer the temperatures frequently reach 100-102°F (37-38°C). India has had record highs this year, in Rajasthan during May, it reached 123.8°F (51°C) causing devastating water shortages, crop failures and great hardship to farmers.
