We have water and lots of it. Last night it thundered constantly and the lightening was one strike after another for hours. TV said 850 strikes in 15 minutes. In the last 12 hours we have had 12 inches of rain and in one spot 16 in. It is flooding in many areas. I cooked dinner for a friend who had a biopsy yesterday. But I cannot get it to her. As the cameras rolled an 18 wheeler was washed off the road and into a ditch. It took over an hour for the firefighters to get the man off the top of the truck. They are predicting another 8-10 inches by tomorrow. I hope it slows down. It has rained constantly since yesterday. Even the interstate has some areas underwater. What a mess.
RR, I figured it out: you are on a trip and are in the Arctic .

Those are great. The sky in the first one is very dramatic. I also love what you did with the painter. Very nice. Sorry the morning did not produce for you. It seems that you earn a good sunrise when you get up that early. Next time for sure, it will be better.
