IMHO, the BEST gear like this is made by Really Right Stuff. Visit their website. If you don't need/want an "L" plate, the cost is reasonable. Best of luck.
Wimberley makes a series of Arca base plates. The P10,20, & 30 models all have end tabs and adjustable screws for preventing rotation. I use the P30, the longest of these for my Nikon DSLR's (d810, d500, d7100) with my Nikon 300mm f2.8 and Tamron 150-600. For small lenses the P10 and P20 models would be better. You can get them directly from Wimberley or from Amazon or B&H for the same price.
