I received a call from a friend telling me about her neighbour's garden, "bring your camera" she said.
The lady had bought a packet of wild flower seed at the supermarket for £3.99 ($5) and sprinkled them in her front garden border. What a pretty display.

Beautiful! I have always preferred the "chaos" of wildflowers, especially several varieties growing together, over formal gardens. Your friend surely got her money's worth

Pleased you enjoyed them Linda it was a lovely sight seeing them swaying in the wind. The funny thing was I bought the same packet from the supermarket earlier in the year and forgot to use it.

Your kind comments are very much appreciated Carol, pleased you enjoyed the flowers. I was taken aback seeing such a pretty assortment in such a small space. It was testing trying to get decent closeups with the wind and leaves blowing across the flowers.
