Colin, that will be a comfort to the victims.
That said, the wholesale admittance of refugees from countries known to harbour, encourage, and recruit terrorists is probably not a wise idea, no matter how humanitarian it may appear.

That seems to be the explanation of the day, when it happens anywhere , they are said to have mental health problems. Wh**ever you do don't lay the blame where it belongs, you might offend somebody.

I wouldn't jump to a hasty conclusion, regardless of the appearance. It just might be a mentally disturbed individual who acted alone. ISIS, etc., could have jumped on the news and used it to further their spread of terrorism, regardless if there was a connection or not.

The Norwegian-Somali suspect has "mental health problems." His origin is Somalia. The majority of Somalia people are Sunni Muslims. Thus, what conclusion can we reasonably arrive at without being "hasty." I know.... He is a Muslim! And, just maybe, he is a Muslim with a mental health problem !! Who cares if he is a card-carrying ISIS member? He did their job for them.

It's reasonable to understand that devout Muslims have a "mental health problem" that's part of Islam. Specifically the mandate to conquer, murder, or convert all non-Muslims.
As to the latest London jihad attack, witnesses indicated the k**ler was yelling "alahu akbar" ("Allah is the greatest god"). And he had previously made statements about attacking "Christendom."
