I was fortunate to have shot the Marty Fish Tennis Tournament in Vero Beach the week of April 29. All of these players are first rate, including this 17 year old who went on to win this year's Wimbledon Men's Junior title, Denis Shapovalov. There was a recent UHH discussion regarding full frame cameras and the 6D did not go unnoticed. However, one of our members mentioned that he was so disappointed with shooting sports events with his 6D that he sold the camera on eBay. I find the 6D a delight to work with. Hope you enjoy these shots of Denis. By the way, his coach bought my hi-res shots. Lucky me.
Canon 6D, 1/2500, F/4.5, 116mm, ISO 500.
Clearly, in a skilled hand, the 6D is valid camera. Great work.

Excellent sharp action shots. Not as easily captured with the 6D focus system as with some other Canon systems, which I think makes this an exceptional set. How have you set up your focus points? Am I right to assume you are using BBF continuous? Thanks for sharing these.

Thanks so much for your thoughts and kindness. Absolutely, continuous and A1 Servo.

Not designed for it, but you obviously demonstrate in the right hands the 6d can do some great stuff!

Great hearing from you and thanks for your encouraging comments :-)
I love my 6D and I can see you do also. I have used it briefly for swim comp. What glass are you using?

My 70~200 F2.8 was being serviced. For these shots, I used my 70~300. Thanks so much for your comments
That is the one I used. Great if good light!
