Bill size suggests a hairy, female.

It's a Downy, please note the black spots under the tail. Hairy is all White under tail.

This would be a Downy Woodpecker. Easiest way to discern between the two is the size of the bill. This bill is shorter, from base to tip, than their head is wide, front to back. Where on the Hairy, the bill is as long or longer than the front to back distance of the head.
You can go the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Tricky Bird ID to verify this.
