Very nice!! I am surprised you got a picture without a crowd around it. High tide must be the answer.
I love Cape Perpetua. My wife and I stayed in Yachats for a week a few weeks ago.

There were two other photographers there when I took the picture. The wind was so strong I had trouble standing up. I took the picture about 8:15PM high tide and it was foggy. I wanted a sunset the weather cooperate, but I was happy with the results.
