From last nights display signalling the start of Carnival Week, this is four shots blended, de-noised, and pepped-up with Topaz Glow. What do you think of it?

Looks good magnetoman, I'd only suggest clonning out the blurry person center.

What a great idea! I always shoot fireworks (when I do which is rarely) one at a time. By putting several shots together you really enhanced the appeal of this photo. Things blowing up on top and close to the ground. Plus you have detail about the surroundings. A very good and effective photo.

Great energy and color. The more in the sky at once, the better, I say - lol.

Maybe darken the vehicle in front so it doesn't show?

Yep, with you on that Frank - I did think about darkening the whole of the bottom but decapitation could be a better way. Thanks for the help.

Agree with your suggestion Linda, or perhaps darken right across the bottom? I'll try the car first and see how it goes - not the car, the....oh, you know!

I did try cropping out the entire bottom section, but thought there is interest in having people in the frame, enjoying the view. Either/or, I'm sure.

Oh, and I trimmed a tiny bit from each side, which I liked. But it's not about me

Can afford to lose a bit from the sides I think Linda, but wouldn't want to chop the people, they are part of the party. Just darken them a bit I think.

Heres the final mod and crop. If I master my new printer I may go for it, but it looks like it could be expensive ink-wise.
