Go to a sign fabricator that deals with car/bus wraps (most of them will have the capability to do it).
It's a 3m exterior grade perforated vinyl that is digitally printed on. Works great and has (I believe) a 3 or 5 year warranty.

Really cool idea. Could you do this for a car rear windshield? Or would it interfere with the rear defrosters?

I saw their vehicle parked along the street and the rear window was done and that is when I got the idea to do my motor home!

What is it printed on? I used to work for the company that made screens but they didn't do individual ones.

It looks like a screen but not sure what it is! They did this "In House" and had it ready in a few days!
