Found this little paddle wheel on a stream called
Big Bear Creek in Evergreen, Colorado, but it was actually on private property so I did want to fool around much. A couple of quick shots from the bank of the stream, just in front of the bridge over the stream to the house and I was out of there. Never want to get yelled at (or worse) over a random shot.
Can anyone tell me how to make the water blue?
I can't help too much on the water color but that is some very clear water. I have been to Colorado twice and loved it both times.

20 gallons of #21 blue die about 100' upstream. LOL
I could be mistaken but that appears to be on the old Gates Estate on "Bear Creek." It is perhaps one of the more noteworthy picturesque settings of Evergreen and can be photographed from the road with relative freedom and without fear of retribution. It was the estate of the Gates family of "Gates Rubber Co.," makers of automotive fan belts and radiator hoses and, I hear, was recently sold. From where you live, with you being a fairly short few miles of driving, 10 maybe, 15 max, if you want the water to be clear and reflect blue, I would suggest you return after the Spring runoff has finished around the end of May to mid-June, on a clear, blue sky morning around 8 and take some more shots. You should be well rewarded and it should clear up the water for you.
gessman...you're right about my location and you know more about the locale than I do, which makes be tend to blieve that you may be "in hiding" in Colorado....even the Denver area. And you are right about the water. I just wondered if someone knew how to fix it in post.
