I can't decide if the hand movement is interesting or distracting, but this is a beautiful photo of a beautiful woman. Her expression is great. Wow all around!

Call me crazy - - but I just can't help wondering what her upper abdominal surgery was for ?
Way too high for a C-Section and too low for cardiac
And unlikely Liver Cancer or a Gastric Bypass
Too young for a gall bladder - and those are done endoscopically these days anyway.
Guess I'll just have to wonder.
