NIK, Topaz & all plug in’s disappeared with PS CC 2015-5 update Where did they go, How do I retrieve?

They are still in your plugin folder for cc2015 and you can copy paste them into the new plugin folder.
Or you can download new ones from the plug in site and reinstall. Some plugins have new architecture and will do better reinstalled (for me, On One and MacPhun needed new installs). However, NIK would not reinstall properly from the site so I did the copy/paste routine and it worked.

I just went to my download files folder and did an install. In the case of Topaz Simplify I went to my account and redownloaded the file with updates. I also found they now have a page with directions for setting up which apps you want to work with, even Corel PSP.
